Kenny Hill

Mr. Hill brings a broad array of corporate and financial expertise to his position with the company. He is no stranger to the American petroleum industry, a native Texan who grew up in Houston and then spent most of the past 30 years in and around the city of Austin. His studies in Business Management and Business Marketing while attending Southwest Texas State University along with his associate degrees in microprocessor design and electrical engineering provide the company with a unique combination of technical and management critical thinking skills.
As one of the first 20 founders of Dell Computer Corporation he held various executive positions with the company before moving on to other endeavors in 1999. He served on several company boards and was instrumental in a variety of corporate ventures and new investment opportunities, in fields ranging from energy and technology, to healthcare, retailing, and residential property development.
Since October 2006, he has held various positions with Aus-Tex Exploration, the wholly owned subsidiary of Austin Exploration, a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and headquartered in South Australia, where it is also prospecting for economic oil and gas deposits.

Mr. Stanley I. Lindsey
(Chief Geologist)
Mr. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology with a minor in Chemistry and has over 27 years of oil and gas experience including exploration, development, operations, acquisitions and divestitures. His background also includes mapping, utilizing integration of 2-D and 3-D seismic with subsurface data and reserve calculations. He is a Certified Petroleum Geologist and has been a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Houston Geological Society since 1979. He also belongs to the Society of Independent Professional Earth Scientists (SIPES).

Ms. Anne Burgot
(Senior Research Analyst and Engineer)
Ms. Burgot holds a Master’s degree in Earth and Energy Resources from the Jackson School of Geosciences at The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Superior School of Electricity, Paris France. Her vast knowledge and skills allow her to perform many important tasks for the company. Anne works primarily with Stanley Lindsey and Doug Pollack with research analysis, economic evaluations and also interacts with the Texas Railroad Commission on company land matters.

Mr. Doug Pollack
(Reservoir Engineer, Available on call through the company relationship with Bruington Engineering, LTD)
Mr. Pollack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He has over 29 years of experience specializing in reserve analysis, acquisition and divestiture consulting, well completion, work-over, fracture and stimulation design. He has lead major projects in Texas, Louisiana, Egypt, Venezuela and the North Sea.

Performed duties as corporate planner and reserve analyst while in Egypt working as Deputy Operations Manager. In addition, managed 1000 Egyptian National Oil Company employees and 13 Americans, 3 drilling rigs and 5 workover rigs, activity development program, exploration drilling program, workover developments, contract bidding and negotiations, and planning and sale of development ideas to National Oil Company.Williams Companies – (Sr. Operations Engineer and Manager for domestic and foreign projects)
Compression sizing, nodal analysis, gravel pack, acidizing, and frac stimulations, production monitoring and cash flow optimization. Reserve evaluation and documentation for E & P, International, and Energy Capital companies, acquisition, and drilling screening, bid formulation, and data room evaluations. Supervision and management of Venezuelan staff engineer and technical staff for western production areas. On and offshore workover and recompletion designs. ESP design and implementation, drilling planning, equipment designs, construction supervision, purchase, and installation. Field studies, reserve evaluation, and documentation in domestic and international producing regions. Acquisition screening bid formulation and economic evaluations.
