Mr. Goudy trained at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) where he holds various formal qualifications in Business Studies.
For the last three years Guy has been employed in the financial services sector and has been an authorised representative with a leading stock broking and financial advisory firm.
Guys's financial abilities and depth of industry contacts will add significantly to the board's current skills base of exploration and financial matters.
Mr. Goudy is a citizen of Australia.
Mr. William Kefialanos

Mr. Kefialanos graduated in 1975 from Monash University with a Bachelor of Economics degree. He is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, a registered tax agent and a member of the National Institute of Accountants.
William is currently the principal of accounting firm MMI Financial Partners Pty Ltd. Over the last 20 years, he has held many and varied management consultancy roles including commercial systems development, dispute resolution and corporate and private planning.
Mr. Kefialanos is a citizen of Australia.
Dr. James Edwards PhD

Dr. Edwards has been actively engaged in the USA and international oil exploration for more than 30 years and participated in oil and gas discoveries in Australia, Columbia, Equatorial Guinea, France, Norway, Trinidad, Thailand, the United Kingdom and the USA. Dr. Edwards has held positions in frontier exploration and as an international geologist with Tenneco Oil Company (1975-1980) and senior management positions with Triton Energy Corporation (1981-1990). From (1991-1997) Dr. Edwards was President and Chief Operating Officer for Global Exploration, Inc, an internationally focused oil and gas exploration company. A consultancy with Flare Petroleum NL (1990-1997) and Daytona Energy Corporation, and later as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Daytona Energy Corporation until November 1999.
